More than 45 businesses are partnering with DPS schools - providing volunteers, specialized expertise or critical resources to meet school needs.
With generous funding from Qwest, the School Partners Program cultivates long-term partnerships between DPS schools and Denver businesses. School partners provide volunteer time, in-kind contributions and financial resources to meet the specific needs of their school.
This program provides an excellent way for businesses to get involved in helping local schools and to engage employees in community service.
The School Partners Program emerged in response to a growing number of businesses wanting to get more involved in Denver schools but now knowing how or where to initiate the process. The program captures the needs of individual schools in one central location and then communicates those needs with interested businesses.
