National Center for Safe Routes to School Mini-grant Program
Eligibility: Nonprofit organizations, K-12 schools and local government agencies.
Amount: Up to $1,000.
Purpose of Grant: To enable and encourage children to safely walk and bike to school.

Music is Revolution Foundation Mini-Grants
Eligibility: Public school teachers of students in grades K-12 may apply for funding; students and/or parents may participate in writing the application.
Amount: Up to $500.
Purpose of Grant: To implement, support, and/or improve teachers' ability to provide
quality music education for their students. Only projects that clearly contain a music education focus - that is, projects based on the concept of music education, through musical experiences, initiating students into a sense of their social, academic and cultural identity, and humanizing them through the emotional, cognitive, and/or physical impact of music - will be considered.

ING Run for Something Better: ING Running Grants
Amount: 50 grants of $2,000 will be awarded.
Purpose of Grant: ING Run For Something Better, in partnership with the National Association for Sport and Physical Education, seeks to increase physical activity in students and help fight childhood obesity through the creation of school-based running programs.These funds can be used to establish a school-based running program or expand an existing one.
